Project Director



Tony is the Director of Acquisitions & Urban Development Strategy. He provides the direction & the front end development strategy of Alton’s projects. Tony brings 20 years of experience in urban design and architecture along with a highly technical background and knowledge in strategic planning and value add through the Planning Approval process. This expertise creates a proactive management style that allows a strategic approach to be applied to the development phases of completing complex projects.

Project Director



Karen is the Director of Delivery for Development and Construction Management at Alton. Her strengths are providing leadership and identifying risks & opportunities on complex projects, while ensuring the stakeholders share the same project goals.
