At the core of the design is a modular cloud blueprint: open-plan “cloud clusters” are arranged around a central core, creating distinct zones for collaboration while maintaining physical separation. This approach maximises social distancing without compromising team interaction and represents a major departure from rigid, rectangular floor plates common in traditional office towers.
The silhouette of the building emulates a larger cloud — not just in form but in function. Advanced air filtration systems, akin to those used in aircraft, enable clean air circulation across all levels. In the event of illness, clusters can be swiftly isolated to limit spread.
The cloud’s dynamic layout is also optimised for tech-forward tenants, with integrated data centres and seamless compatibility with cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud.
